InfoHub Error: Configuration processing produces this error when the descriptor provides both the InfoHubID and the InfoHubName, and the ID is already in the configuration, but the specified Name does not match the existing Name.

Action:You cannot change the name of an existing InfoHub - you must either remove it, possibly with a Purge action, or create a new InfoHub with the desired name.
